i spent more money than i intended today but at the very least, the money was well spent. having watched marie kondo do her thing on netflix, i suppose i felt inspired to reevaluate the state of my stationary and other miscellaneous items i have around my place. i bought me one of those rolling cabinets and some pencil holders so i have easy access to all my goodies. it looks nice, will have to upload a photo later this week. it's funny how cleaning up and throwing out stuff makes one feel accomplished.

next i need to buy a desk from ikea. i can't keep working on my bed, especially since i'll be applying to grad school within the next few months for the upcoming fall semester. i'll need a space strictly dedicated to getting work done. hell, i need the desk write now so that i can work on my scholarship applications.
